Machiko YamaneMachiko Yamane is a composer whose original music can be heard on CDs such as Lavender and English Bay by Paul Christopher Musgrave. Her original compositions have been performed on the radio in Canada, the USA, Japan, and Europe, on numerous occasions since the early 1990s. Machiko has also illustrated the new Doctor Mozart Music Theory Workbook series, authored by Machiko Yamane (naturally) and Paul Christopher Musgrave. Born in Japan, Machiko Yamane is a graduate of Soai University and Juilliard. Machiko now resides in Canada. Among Machiko and Paul's former piano students is their son Kevin, who will soon enter the University of Toronto electrical engineering program, and Jeff Musgrave, an accomplished graphic designer and musician.
